FAQ

Do you offer one-off project work?: Yes. While our retainer plans offer the most value for ongoing infrastructure, we also take on fixed-scope projects: Kubernetes migrations, LiveKit deployments, and DevOps platform setups. Contact us to discuss your project.
Is there a minimum contract length?: Our retainer plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. We believe in earning your trust every month. Enterprise engagements are typically scoped as 3 or 6-month engagements for proper planning.
Can we start with a smaller scope and grow?: Absolutely. Many clients start with our Starter plan for initial setup, then upgrade as their infrastructure needs grow. We make it easy to adjust your plan at any time.
What about after-hours support?: The Starter plan covers business hours (9 AM–6 PM IST). Growth and Enterprise plans include 24×7 on-call support with PagerDuty integration and defined response SLAs.
Do you work with teams outside India?: Yes. We work with clients across India, the US, the UK, Australia, and globally. Our Bangalore-based team is available for early-morning calls (IST) to accommodate most time zones. All work is remote by default.
